Title: Sen. Ted Cruz Gives Opening Remarks at NASA Budget Hearing
Post by: rdunk on March 14, 2015, 02:57:54 AM
Senator Ted Cruz again makes some very pertinent remarks relative to his view for the direction NASA and NASA's budget needs to go, in revitalizing America's space program - getting beyond low-earth orbit with men and women in space.

It continues to be good to hear someone like Ted Cruz speak strongly in support of many of the same ideals that are often expressed on these forum pages. We (America) have spent several years dilly dallying around, with no real outward/open plan to restore the full-up NASA space program! Let's start by getting boots on the ground at "Moon 1", and go out from there!! YEA!!

NASA do not have the capability to put men into low-Earth orbit.  I suspect the American military do but that is not common knowledge as far as I know.
