It reminds me of a comedy like TV Program from a few years back ( Cant recall its name at the moment) where they for eg set some sort of scheme up say for eg in a shop or the work place and one watches the unknowing peoples or workers reactions.

In this case I THINK.. They are setting up and doing a  Alien Autopsy as potential recruits arrive at the scene for whatever reason. Not sure if they are their for an Interview or to do some sort of task.
