This appears to be something very different. As these are watched in the video, it is clear that each of these 10 white objects are individual, and each is moving separately. Because they are moving directionally and individually different, they likely are not "floating"!

They may be floating, but what I find strange is the way the one that goes behind the smoke reappears in a place where it looks like there's smoke and then disappears again.
Here in Vegas every once in a while the car lots release swarms of balloons, usually Mylar ones. A few years back one such swarm floated over my house Wish I had a camera handy... they looked just like several of the UFO swarm videos
These meander around like balloons on a breeze in my opinion... I would check if any releases are in the area though that is not always easy to do if its an older post
Found one video but these ones have visible strings. The round Mylar ones high up in sunlight look like metalic orb craft LOL I can't find the video I had. I think I posted it at ATS in that thread I got banned for :P
