Speaking of "The Day of Atonement", I just a couple of days ago ran across a recently post video in which the presenter goes into considerable detail about how the 7 Feasts (appointed times) of the Jews are prophetic relative to God's timeline about how all of this is going to end. And actually, the 1st 4 Feasts the Jews observe are about Jesus, and they have already happened. The remaining 3 Feasts, the Day of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, and the Day of Tabernacles remain to actually happen.
I find this video to be very interesting, and I did learn some things about these Feasts that God gave to the Jews. This too gives us more to think about and consider relative to the why of what may happen before the end of September............ with a "Super Red Blood Moon" still to come, on Sept. 28! :))

There have been several good articles, pro and con, about upcoming events to watch for in Sept. 2015 (blood moons, Sabbatical year, Shemitah, etc.). To be honest, when these good articles came out I just skimmed over many of them. But I now realize that the list of things to watch for in Sept. 2015 has surpassed my ability to keep up with all of it.
So here is a list I made for myself. It is not my purpose to comment on the relevance of any of these things. But it is my purpose to have a calendar of events that I can refer to. Also, understand that because a Jewish day ends at sundown (not 12 p.m.) and because there are questions about the accuracy of the Jewish calendar some of what is being reported could be wrong.
Sept. 9: The date the Jewish Sanhedrin plans to put Pres. Obama on trial on Mt. Zion for promoting genocide of the Jewish people with the P5 +1 agreement with Iran over that nation's nuclear weapons program. Will this trial be worthless or will it accomplish anything?
Sept. 13: The end of the Sabbatical year (at sundown on Sept. 13) and the date that a highly respected ultra-Orthodox Jewish Rabbi named Chaim Kanievsky says Israel's Messiah will arrive. Is he right or a false prophet?
Sept. 13: Congress has 60 days to vote on the P5 + 1 agreement with Iran (signed on July 14, 2015). If Congress takes a full 60 days, this vote could be on Sept. 13. Controversy surrounds this date because there are secret deals between the IAEA and Iran that Congress has not seen.
Sept. 13: The Shemitah year (also called a Sabbath year, or a Sabbatical year, or the seventh year of the agricultural cycle) ends at sundown on Sept. 13. It is associated with financial issues; debt forgiveness; economic problems; recession; declines in the Stock Market, etc. Jonathan Cahn says the U.S. or the world could have economic problems about this time.
Sept.13-15: Rosh Hashanah (also called the Jewish New Year or the Feast of Trumpets) begins at sundown on Sept. 13 and ends at sundown on Sept. 15. Some (not all) prophecy teachers believe the Rapture could occur at the end of Rosh Hashanah this year or next year or some year.
Sept.15: The purported military drill called Joint Assistance for Development and Execution (JADE) Homeland Eradication of Local Militants (HELM) is supposed to end. Will it? Will there be a JADE HELM 2016, 2017, etc.?
Sept.15: The 70th UN General Assembly will begin meeting. During this session (not necessarily on the 15th), France is expected to present a resolution to the UN Security Council to divide the Promised Land (Two-State Solution) and to force a peace treaty on Israel and the PA. If the UN does this, their decision will lead to the beginning of the Tribulation period and the battle of Armageddon.
Sept. 20: The Jewish Sanhedrin plans to put Pope Francis on trial on Mt. Zion for officially recognizing the existence of a Palestinian State on land that God gave to Israel. Will the outcome be recognized by God?
Sept. 22-23: Yom Kippur (also called the Day of Atonement or the Feast of Atonement) begins at sundown on Sept. 22. This will mark the beginning of the next year of Jubilee (the 50th year) which involves focus on God, the cancellation of debts, restoration of land to the original owners, etc. Will God focus on economic issues, Israel's restoration to the land, etc.?
Sept. 23: Pope Francis is scheduled to visit the White House for discussions with Pres. Obama about their shared values on caring for the poor (wealth redistribution), religious freedom, immigration (elimination of borders), environmental issues (global warming), etc.
Sept. 24: Pope Francis is scheduled to address a joint session of Congress about world peace, religious values (probably a need for a world religion), caring for the poor, etc.
Sept. 25: Pope Francis is scheduled to address the UN. He wants to reduce the world's population, regulate global climate change, establish a global constitution, establish a global court and establish a one-world government.
Sept. 25-27: The UN plans to hold a Sustainable Development Summit to expand the role of global governance (world government). They plan to discuss global economic issues, climate change, global education and gender equality. It is really a plan to control the life of everyone on earth.
Sept. 28: The Feast of Tabernacles and the fourth blood moon in the current Tetrad will take place on this date. Several major prophetic events have happened just before or just after other blood moon Tetrads. The Jewish Talmud (not the Bible) says blood moons are a sign of war in Israel. Several major end-of-the-age wars are mentioned in the Bible and some are prophecy teachers believe some or all of these could soon occur.
This convergence of events in Sept. 2015 is why many people think something big is about to happen. We shall soon know.

No excuses from here for me! :) The Jewish "Feasts", with feast really meaning "God's appointed time" some say, have been being observed each year by the Jews for a few thousand years, and Jesus has already fullfilled the 1st 4 of them. Three of the Feasts remain, and all of these also are about Jesus too, with the Feast of Trumpets recognized by Jews as being the time for "their" Messiah to appear. Of course, the question continues to remain "what year(s) for the last three? It wasn't last year either, but it could be this year, in September, for one or all that are remaining. ;D ;D ;D

Burning Man's makeshift city has a big bug problem: 'They're everywhere'
Burning Man doesn't begin for at least a week, but already Nevada's desert city has its share of happy campers — an infestation of bugs.
Swarms of tiny, stinky bugs are hassling construction crews at Black Rock City, taking over what will be the event's commissary tent and depot.
"They're everywhere. They bite. They crawl all over you. They get up and in you," one of Burning Man's bloggers, John Curley, wrote this week.
The bugs mysteriously appeared in the past week shacking up in stacks of wood and carpet leaving organizers wondering where the invasion started — whether it recently hatched after laying dormant or hitched a ride through a load of construction supplies.
The state's Department of Agriculture is sending a bug expert all the way to the remote Burning Man site to collect samples of the offending critters infiltrating the makeshift city.
State entomologist Jeff Knight believes Burning Man's towering lights are to blame for attracting what appears to be large populations of false blister beetles, false chinch bugs and stink bugs.
"All of these are highly attracted to light especially if it has a lot of ultraviolet in it," Knight told the Daily News.
The good news is that none of the bugs feed on blood, but Knight said the critters will bite if trapped under a person's clothes.
"These bugs are more of a mild nuisance than a full-blown infestation that should cause any major concern with Burning Man participants," Burning Man employees said in a blog post Thursday meant to reassure its upcoming flood of campers.
A photo on Burning Man's blog shows a large amount of welts discovered on a welder's back — likely because the bugs are feasting on their preferred diet of mustard plants growing like wildfire near the desert's edge. The seed oil is an irritant.
"We had some recent rains that kicked these (weeds) into high gear. These guys responded to the vegetation in large numbers," Knight said.
He recommended Burning Man staff curb its nighttime light use to alleviate the swarms, but regardless, the hatch is there to stay for at least two weeks. Meaning the bugs will cohabitate with free-spirited artists when the city opens on August 30 for a week of collaborative art.
Burning Man staff is "obviously monitoring" the bug problem and said it's worse than previous years also afflicted with rain storms, extreme heat and cold.

Seed bugs swarm California communities, invade homes, cars
LONE PINE, Calif. — The gas station's ground was covered with the small winged bugs. Piles of carcasses, inches deep, sat swept to the sides.
On the road, they rained onto car windshields. They flew by the thousands toward even the smallest sources of light, and crept along windows and kitchen tables.
Such has been the skin-crawling reality for the past two months in the high-desert communities at the foot of the Sierra Nevada's eastern slopes, where residents have seen an explosion of the black-and-red seed bug species Melacoryphus lateralis.
"They're in everything. There's no way to get rid of them or eradicate them. They're just here," said Blair Nicodemus, 33, of Lone Pine, while driving with a bug creeping on his windshield. "Sometimes there will be these micro-plumes that'll come through where there will be just thousands of them, and they'll be all over you. ... I'm sure I've eaten at least two dozen, because they get into your food."
Such outbreaks have happened in Arizona's Sonoran desert near Tucson, but scientists say it's the first one they have record of in California.
The influx has been driven by a mild winter and monsoonal weather, which provided healthier vegetation for the nutrient-sucking bugs, said David Haviland, an entomologist with the University of California Cooperative Extension in Kern County.
The bugs' flight into town and toward the lights in homes, businesses or cars, however, might be related to the drying up of native vegetation in the summer heat and the drought, said Nathan Reade, agricultural commissioner for Inyo and Mono counties.
To the north, a different type of bug is infesting the site of the popular Burning Man counterculture festival in Nevada's Black Rock Desert. State officials are working to identify the green, coin-shaped insects swarming the outdoor venue and biting workers setting up for this year's event, which starts Aug. 30.
Entomologist Jeff Knight, with the Nevada Department of Agriculture, said the bugs aren't bloodsuckers and don't seem to pose a health risk.
In California, the outbreak of fingernail-sized seed bugs is a main topic of conversation in the infested communities.
A printout in a Lone Pine motel lobby warned people to keep their doors shut at night, and a hotel worker advised people to keep their car windows up if lights are on. A Dollar General Store in Inyokern limited its store hours after dark to avoid dealing with the bugs.
Lia Sensanbaugh of Inyokern doesn't turn on her lights when at home. "I've got them real bad," she said. "I've been living off my TV light for about a month and a half."
Gas stations and rest areas along Highway 395 — a roadway that crosses through sparsely populated and rural areas — are prime bug targets because of their lights. After dark, the bugs swirl like surreal artwork below the Pearsonville Shell gas station's overhead lights.
"Millions, tens, twenty, we can't count it," gas station owner Soma Praba said. "At night time, if you go into the station, they'll follow. They go everywhere. They get on your body, your head."
Each morning Praba's workers have spent three hours sweeping the ground and using a leaf blower to clear away piles of the bugs. Around eight times a day, workers will sweep, discovering two hours later that the same amount of bugs are back, Praba said with frustration.
Spraying insecticide hasn't helped, Praba said, and exterminators have been equally stymied. The bugs also have limited natural enemies: Praying mantises and some spiders or lizards will catch a few.
"But the amount of biological control is really insignificant compared to the millions of insects that are out there," said Haviland, the entomologist. And residents are wary of importing more bugs to worry about later.
The only reprieve from the seed bugs seems to be a windy day and the recent smoke from fires.
"We are tired of it," Praba said. "I am waiting for the first snow to come."
At a Lone Pine gas station this week, the side of the building was covered with bugs, and a woman was hosing off the wall, despite the drought, said Kathi Hall, who owns the town's Mt. Whitney Restaurant with her husband.
Ridgecrest Mayor Peggy Breeden said some people in town use umbrellas while getting gas because of the swarms overhead. She's fielded many dozens of concerned calls and never seen anything like this in her 33 years there.
She put together a notice this week to post around town explaining to visitors that the bugs are a harmless nuisance in the hopes that they'll return when the bugs die down.
That said, Breeden joked, "If frogs come, we're all leaving."

The scriptures of the New Testament of the Bible are replete with very direct statements of action that "MAKE IT SO". You may know them, but if not, and you do ask, I would certainly post some of them for you, just FYI. Now, the term "rapture" does not appear in the Bible, but the terminology for such "on point" is there in numerous places.

...........Well, as far as my immediate family is concerned, all of my five adult children and their spouses have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and thus we all be departing at the same time, whether we are in a car together or not. Was the same for Noah and his family, except Noah and the Ark were like a foreshadow of Jesus to come!

Thor, that certainly is a thoughtful and very fundamental question about how all of this is going to end, FOR THE NEW BEGINNING. God has given us and the whole world very clear advance warning, about this happen stance, even including a picture/shadow in words of how such happens when He does it, in the words of the old Testament. God told Noah to build the Ark. Noah likely warned the then world what was going to take place, while was building on the Ark, but no one believed him either. Thus Noah and his family were saved, and all others were drowned. However one looks at it, then or now, it paints an ugly picture for us of what is prophesied to happen, when and after the "rapture" occurs. Good is a God of total love, and he also is a "just" God. He is the only Judge of men! The way the end time is described in the Bible/Revelation, it is really scary to think about. And, I am no "expert" on all of this, but it is worthwhile to note in these thoughts, that in the Bible Book of Revelation, the "Church"/Churches receive considerable discussion in chapters 1-3, but the Church is not mentioned in chapters 4-19, during the tribulation/armageddon end time terrors - makes for hard-assumption that the Church has been raptured. However there are scriptures that do discuss people coming to Jesus during the tribulation times!

Actually, those raptured will have become Spirit beings at the time of rapture, our minds will have been expended, and our thoughts will likely not be Earthward, but will be totally Godward!! As far as what we might be thinking about any and all who did not make it.............we simply will not/cannot have such thoughts, because with God there is no sadness, no more crying/tears, no more disease, no more death eternally, so there cannot be/will not be any sad thoughts ever - all things are made new! And while I do know where just a few of those here at Pegasus are on "religion", it is my sincerest thought and hope that ALL Here at Pegasus are raptured at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! †††
One other thought - You mentioned my being a "good and righteous Christian"......just to make it clear, I am a Christian, but any righteousness I have is in and through Jesus Christ, because of what he has done for me, for you, and for all. He has already done it, but each of us does have to accept him - and that is the desire of his heart for all of us!
