Is this huge stone disc a remnant of a war in space a million years ago - or just a large rock?
Naturally, UFO enthusiasts are convinced that the big rock is, in fact, a working part from a spacecraft.
Others aren't persuaded by the 'alien disc', which was found near Volgograd by a group of alien enthusiasts - pointing out that it looks rather like a large stone.
Veteran UFO hunter Scott Waring of UFO Sightings Daily is convinced, though.
Waring writes, ''It looks to me like the stone disks I've seen in Mars NASA photos, which leads me to conclude that this UFO is a military drone, but it was probably damaged during the Mars attack and got off course, crashing on Earth.
'This one is also big enough it might not be a drone, but a manned vessel. Remember alien have the power to make anything fly, regardless of weight.

The basic information on this anomaly as "real piece of physical evidence" is way lacking with this very simple report. Like, what is the actual material composition of this disc - is it made from an Earth based material, or is it off-Earth material ? How do they know it is "a million years old? Has it been carbon dated for age? Is it solid or hollow? How perfect is its roundness? How much does it weigh? Does the bottom of this disc match the visible top, or is the bottom flat? ETC! ETC!
There is really no more information in this "anomaly report" than is normally available/given from simply "looking at anomaly photos" from the Mars orbiters and Mars Rovers. Maybe there is intention to do real physical detail inspections for this "disc"!! :)
Not exactly sure why a million year old spacecraft would be carrying a disc shaped rock... but OK.

Reminds me of the japanese ones, it is reminiscent of a sacrificial stone I wonder what else is in the area.

And yeah you CANNOT carbon date rocks :P Even if that rock contains carbon (graphite coal diamond etc) because only organic matter absorbs radioactive carbon... the decay of which gives you the date and even that is only accurate to at best 60,000 years

That's one thing many people do not know, that one of the things that helps identify a rock is the way it breaks. :)

I think that it would be quite unusual if it is just a natural Rock shaped that way by nature.
Maybe it could have been made that shape by Man and maybe those other samples "Z" posted on his other thread..(not read in detail as yet).have been created by some Ancient Stone Masons )..).although I assume that they are created naturally ...
It is a shame that its cracked as it may spoil the idea of it being a Fossil Ufo. It reminds me of a large Mush room top from a movie say from "Journey to the centre of the Earth" or something... Maybe they are fossil Mushrooms or fungi from the prehistoic era !

Now, a new report claims that some Russian UFO hunters have unearthed debris from a UFO believed to be millions of years old. Inquisitr reports that Vadim Chernobrov, head of Kosmopoisk (a Russian UFOlogy and Crytozoology group) and his team have unearthed a disc-shaped stone during an excavation in the Medveditskaya ridge region of the Zhirnovsky district, Volgograd.
The shape of the four-meter stone disc, which resembles the popular image of a flying saucer, has let the imagination of the conspiracy theorists fly. The news was first reported by a Russian news website Bloknot-Volgograd. Chernobrov told the website that they discovered it last week and that it differs from the dozens of such ancient stones they have collected in and around that area.
"We managed to find a dozen of these stone disks, but this is such a unique one" Chernobrov told the local news website. Other stones we found is not more more than 1 diameter in diameter. Previously, we have been able to find such alien stones, but the biggest of them found was in the Kuzbass which was of 2 meter in diameters," he added.
Scott Waring of UFO Sightings Daily thinks this is proof that aliens exist and claims the disc is made of tungsten. Tungsten is also known as wolfram, and is used in special military technology.
"It looks to me like the stone disks I've seen in Mars NASA photos, which leads me to conclude that this UFO is a military drone, but it was probably damaged during the Mars attack and got off course, crashing on Earth," Waring wrote on his website. Earlier in February, a disk-shaped stone object was discovered by a coal mining company in Siberia's Kuznetsk Basin, during excavation work.
