German police target hate crime in co-ordinated raids
German police have carried out a series of raids, targeting people suspected of posting hate content on social media.
The co-ordinated raids on 60 addresses were the first time the authorities had acted on this issue in such a way.
The aim is to tackle what police called "a substantial rise in verbal radicalism".
Typical crimes included "glorification of Nazism [and] xenophobic, anti-Semitic and other right-wing extremism", they said.

Of all those news, which ones resulted in martial law (I suppose that's what you mean by military law) being applied?
well ArMaP.
i was trying for laws being enforced by the miliatry because the police were targets
with the law enforcement folk being shot
to me it is obvious that they are targets.. right or wrong they are targets
so if the military are called in to take over the enforcement of law i was calling it military law
now i'm not sure what to call it..because i thought martial law was a complete shut down.. and that isn't what i meant
let me look it up
military law is for those in the military
and martial law is loss of civil rights of the populace...
neither was what i was going for..........hummmmmmmmmm
gotta go find my thesaurus ..maybe there isn't a word for what i meant
What is martial law?
If you're looking for a definition, then Martial Law basically means using state or national military force to enforce the will of the government on the people.
Under a declaration of martial law, Constitutional freedoms and liberties are suspended, and civilians are no longer entitled to their civil rights. It basically allows the government, or a tyrannical politician, to shred the Constitution and impose its will through military force.
http://offgridsurvival.com/martiallaw-unitedstates/
The backbone of the military legal system is the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which applies to all branches. Most of the issues covered in this document include the bringing of cases to military courts, the different types of court-martial, treatment and apprehension of prisoners, and the trial process. In addition, rules govern military jurisdiction, legal investigations, discharges, the release and revision of military records, post-trial review procedures, and appeals. For more details about court-martials, a commanding officer's legal authority and pre-trial confinement, see the topics list on the right.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posse_Comitatus_Act
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878 by President Rutherford B. Hayes. The purpose of the act – in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807 – is to limit the powers of the federal government in using federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. It was passed as an amendment to an army appropriation bill following the end of Reconstruction, and was subsequently updated in 1956 and 1981.
The Act only specifically applies to the United States Army and, as amended in 1956, the United States Air Force. While the Act does not explicitly mention the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps, due to their being naval services, the Department of the Navy has prescribed regulations that are generally construed to give the Act force with respect to those services as well. The Act does not apply to the Army and Air National Guard under state authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within its home state or in an adjacent state if invited by that state's governor. The United States Coast Guard, which operates under the Department of Homeland Security, is not covered by the Posse Comitatus Act either, primarily because although the Coast Guard is an armed service, it also has both a maritime law enforcement mission and a federal regulatory agency mission.
Advisory and support roles[edit]
Federal military personnel have a long history of domestic roles, including the occupation of secessionist Southern states during Reconstruction. The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the use of federal military personnel to "execute the laws"; however, there is disagreement over whether this language may apply to troops used in an advisory, support, disaster response, or other homeland defense role, as opposed to domestic law enforcement.[1]
On March 10, 2009, members of the U.S. Army Military Police Corps from Fort Rucker were deployed to Samson, Alabama, in response to a murder spree. Samson officials confirmed that the soldiers assisted in traffic control and securing the crime scene. The governor of Alabama did not request military assistance nor did President Obama authorize their deployment. Subsequent investigation found that the Posse Comitatus Act was violated and several military members received "administrative actions".[

In Portugal things are not exactly like that, only some freedoms can be suspended, the right to habeas corpus, for example, cannot be suspended.

all of the links are about violence ..
most of the violence from only a few
when folks start to shoot back
then we go to one of those enforcements of law
In the US, here's what I see: Obama and Hillary would never call for martial law because much of the miiitary despise them. They'd have to be really stupid.
OTOH, I think if Trump gets elected, martial law may be unnecessary - the law and order types get what they want. The most amazing and discouraging thing here is the naked corruption of the Supreme Court - especially encouraging bribery. This kind of stuff wrecks a nation.

This might be a different but related topic. Please excuse me if I rant a bit...
WTF! Is every political or medical authority deaf, dumb and blind ??! Am I the only one who sees what's happening?
Or who can ask the RIGHT questions? It just can't be!
Do we have a suicide epidemic - and could it collapse our civilization? The dumbass media tells us about horrific crimes caused by "hate" or "racism" or "religion". These things together with guns have always been around - WHY IS THERE SUCH A RECENT EXPLOSION of these events? Do we have a 'mass murder' problem or is it more correctly, a suicide problem? Is this problem now moving into veterans and middle aged people?
Possible clue: Watch any TV commercial for the drug Lyrica and note that "suicidal thoughts" can be a side effect - and the same goes for nearly any anti-depressant prescription drug. Imagine people driving cars, trucks, flying planes, holding babies, need I go on? Are these drugs pushing us towards social collapse.
No, I don't like Scientology...... but that doesn't mean they are wrong about these drugs. The US Navy suppressed knowledge about Kamikazes in WW2 because it scared them......

I don't think so, suicidal thoughts and actions are not usually connected with the intention of harming other people.
If that "usually" refers to a more normal and sedate past that included suicide Previous To The Mass Use of these psychoactive drugs, what might that suggest? That something about the character of suicide has changed?
I have yet to hear a clear explanation for why this surge of mass murders and suicide is happening. I recall events such as these from my youth but not with this persistence or intensity. I doubt that most of them are false flag events because they now tend to damage the Powers That Be rather than support them. Nor does religion (Salafist) fully explain the problem (although it contributes).

That "usually" refers to the most common ideas passing through people's minds when they think about suicide, as most people do not think like a suicide bomber, and, as far as I know, all the drugs that have as a side effect suicidal thoughts act in the same way and do not turn people into
kamikaze.

That doesn't mean that your theory is right. :)

Yeah, right........
"Thinking about harming or killing yourself" and "aggressive behaviour" are two different side effects, two opposing side effects like those do not appear at the same time.

no that chore goes to the internet
folks are afraid and upset with this world and feel that they can't make a dent to change what they feel is needing to be changed..
so because of the internet and the fast delivery of occurrences worldwide
they shoot or bomb (themselves and others) and leave messages that way..
thinking that it is effective communication
mostly it's just sad
civilization won't collapse it will just change to less freedom of individuals
with more government
But consider the link to the thread topic - you won't have a revolution or civil war, instead we may see an eventual awakening that the whole of society has to be taken care of and no underclass allowed to suffer. It simply amazes me that our society can function at all, day to day, with the underlying support crumbling. It is common for short hop commercial pilots to get paid so little ( ~ 20K/yr) they need roommates to pay rent. Think about that next time you travel with 70 or so passengers by air.
We can't have any revolution while huge numbers depend on daily meds to survive. Bullets and stored food aren't gonna do it. The real danger, IMHO, is the emergence of people who have nothing to live for - driving cars, trucks, having guns....
If this was a David Wilcock forum, we'd hear that everything will be OK once the reptilians and their need for "loosh" is over. I prefer a simpler explanation
well it isn't a wilcox forum ;D and i don't travel by air..ever
and pilots aren't the only low pay working folk

wow that is a lot of dead weight in that list and
i don't think there is going to be any revolution
or disclosure
or being saved by some alien group
i got in early on the survival thing
way back in the 70's i thought i had the perfect place for the "what was to come'..
garden plus i planted thur out the woods for back up food
a hubby who can build just about anything ..game to shoot..and the skills to harvest them
books of every skill needed for survival
but damn it
here we are some 40+ odd years later and the deer have got wasting away disease
can't go into the woods without fighting off legions of those &*^ ticks
the seeds (if you aren't saving your won and those wear out some and produce less)
are mostly gmo or a wierd hybrid
and the internet has taken over friendships and turned them into contest of
who can bulls hit better :(
and guess what.. we're still here...slowly going to hell in that old handbasket
but still here
i have given up worrying about it all and have gone fearless of the future
as long as there are armies with guns someone will want to be top dog and do what they can to enforce it
i'm too f898kin old to care.. too old to be drafted or raped so i would probably just be shot
so my answer to such tail chasing for what to do is
find joy in each and every day.. and when i start into the oh my what will become of me.. i do the list of what i can be thankful for and go find someone less fortunate to see if i can help
this is why i care so much for thor.. we totally disagree on most stuff , we will never see eye to eye on politics etc.
but he HELPS endlessly and he has my total admiration for it.. he's also without fear of the future
this probably isn't what i should be saying and i apologize for the soap box
but damn it.....make some good friends and find some joy and get of the fear/worry wagon.. give yourself credit for being able to deal with whatever comes in your directionbecause you can
you really are worth way more than you give yourself credit for
the more we deal fairly with each other and learn to l ike ourselves the faster
we will turn the evil into live
stepping off my soap box
be well and fear less
i'm going out and watch the stars and full moon.. maybe see something worth tellin you'all about tomorrow
bwhahahahahahahahahaha
