Stealth helicopters transport the research teams to find out the long term impact of nuclear tests or leaks.  No tyre track marks.

The UFO stories have been used to steer attention form the real purpose of the investigations.

Why Cascade County?  Well Cascade County is a farming area in Montana.

QuoteHanford released radioactive materials into the air, water and soil, releases which largely resulted from the site's routine operation, though some were also due to accidents and intentional releases...

*SNIP*

...Plutonium was also separated and purified for use in nuclear weapons, which resulted in the release of radioactive material into the air. Radioactive fallout from the Hanford site traveled throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and even into Canada. Radioiodine entered into the food chain via contaminated fields where cows and goats grazed; hazardous fallout was ingested by communities who consumed the radioactive food and drank the milk.

They were studying the effects of downwinders, from nuclear leaks by Handford.  They study cattle because human abductions are controversial. ;)

If you look where Cascade County is, it is in the right part of Montana to catch any fallout.

QuotePolice arrived at The Village at College Downs complex near the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to search for someone else with an outstanding warrant. Officers said they saw Scott holding a handgun as he exited his car and returned to his vehicle.

The same thing happened in Norther Ca when I was 12 (60 now) near Anderson Ca. It happened on land near my friends house and was on the news, the descriptions scared everyone it was so weird.

Dyna, I'm not sure what the quote in your last post is about?  Does it have anything to do with animal mutilations?

Would it frighten or reassure you to learn that your own government carried out some of the mutilations?  Obviously some are also just natural deaths that have been misunderstood....

No it wouldn't surprise me at all. But clearly all of them would make you wonder why? Your original thought about the testing makes little sense if it covers the whole world. There are even wild animals with the burned surgical cuts and missing parts.
