Title: Big News! China May Take North Korea Out!

This looks like a signal being discreetly sent thru a Chinese academic to NK, 'don't think you can defy us'.

I have wondered for some time that if benevolent ET's might prompt change in NK as the most repellent government on earth.  Either that or it's just an outworking of Asian politics. Or both.

That article links to another article that links to the original article (here (http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/nation/2016/10/485_215566.html)) that sounds less "big news". :)

In the context of an authoritarian regime in which 'harmony' is the order of the day, this is very likely to be significant.  It ain't the US.

I missed this the first time around; if you read the article Armap linked, the Chinese Academician is recommending that the US should consider 'decapitation' and surgical strikes to take out Kim whatever his name is, not China per se, as a policy option, along with suggesting that China might consider invading North Korea to force change in the regime ...

It is also noted that this academician was in Washington DC when those statements were made...

From your link

QuoteChinese scholars and policymakers have begun talking about supporting surgical strikes on North Korea and removal of leader Kim Jong-un from power as a policy option, a Chinese professor said Thursday.

Zhe Sun, China initiative director of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, made the remark during a security forum in Washington, saying debates are under way among Chinese opinion leaders about how to deal with the North.

I would say that is HUGE news   8)
