Max Spiers is an interesting guy and isn't just a UFO investigator. He was a remote viewer and also claims to have been subjected to MILABS. It looks like he was quite immersed in esoteric material.

Yes guys, I really have been researching in the background. I just haven't posted what I found YET.
if you go back and look at the fusor thread,there seems to be certain folks who add nothing but distraction to it.im not trying to open an old wound about socks but if we wish to have tight security,socks cant be allowed.as a certain member seemed to be distracting that thread but it may have just been an innocent sock trying to bump the thread.just a security point of view.

Black vomit or black stool is usually digested blood. My first thought when I read this story is that he suffered an esophageal tear, but the blood would have been red then. If it was a small tear I can see how his vomit might have been black.
Just a theory and by no means an expert opinion.
It could be congealed blood. Max allegedly talked about a black liquid used to control people too...
