Title: Homemade Creole/Cajun Seasonings

Creole Seasonings

An easy Creole or Cajun seasoning recipe.
Ingredients:

1/4 cup salt
3 tablespoons granulated garlic or garlic powder
3 tablespoons ground black pepper, freshly ground if possible
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon paprika
Preparation:

Combine all seasonings and mix to blend thoroughly. Pour into a small jar with cover; seal tightly.

Thanks Sgt.Rocknroll, You must have good seasonings to have a great dish.

I am glad to have that one!! As I mentione earlier, i will be careful with the cayenne!! :)
