Well Im willing to think its not this way in every beach of the country.
Anyways that is pretty damn worrisome, i should buy a Geiger counter asap. I always had the curiosity to test canned food, especially tuna ones.
Geologically speaking...beaches on West Coasts are more radioactive then their Eastern counterparts..something about leading edges and trailing edges.... :O
Cheers

It isn't just that. Their water is polluted and the crime rate is very high.
If I were going to visit SA I'd go to Ecuador and Peru. Their history is fascinating. Plus I want to try coca leaves.
I've never done drugs, but marijuana and coca leaves make me curious.

I dont think polluted water is only a brazilian issue:

And about the crime, there are areas where it is high, and others that are not, but those dont make the news headlines... Dont believe every piece of propaganda you see in TV.
Besides that, if you look into your own country, do you feel safe with so many mass shootings happening so often?

It's not the big deal other countries make of it, and I have a somewhat unique view of our criminals and their issues due to my former occupation.
I got my first revolver at 16 and competed against other teens my age. I'm a gun owner. You're never going to get me to cower in the presence of them.
If I get shot, I get shot. You can't stop karma, unless you're armed, which has happened all across this country. Creeps have been ventilated by legal gun owners. I celebrate every time I hear of such a case.
As regards our waterways, etc., we've made great strides in cleaning them up. Lake Superior is a notable success. The chubs are starting to come back from near extinction.
A stream near a place I lived in the late 90's was polluted with heavy metals. That's been successfully cleaned up as part of a superfund effort.

That's the problem, people always have a different view from outside. :)

Honestly, I'd rather be shot than to be hacked to pieces with a machete while still alive.
In the news today, and just for the European anti-gun crowd -
Man speeding pursued by officer. Chase ends and the officer is overpowered by the offender. Legally armed citizen then saves his life.

That's where most of the opposition seems to be coming from. It's the same over at Adam Tom Sam.

Anti meat
Overhyping trump
Overhyping politics in general
Overhyping pizzagate.
On that last one, purple is the theme that keeps coming up in movies about tunnels and bunkers and i think pizza really stands for tunnels.walmart also has a tunnel/pizza symbol.
