Surprising that so few people notice that outright nullification is winning. I don't think this has been seen since before the Civil War. Beware ye, liberals - it could extend to things such as gun control or immigration or worse.

Voters in Arkansas, North Dakota Legalize Medical Marijuana Despite Federal ProhibitionBy Mike Maharrey
BISMARCK, ND, Nov. 8, 2016 – Voters in North Dakota and Arkansas have approved ballot measures legalizing medical marijuana, taking a first step toward nullifying the unconstitutional federal prohibition of cannabis in effect.
Interesting (to me, anyway) this lead I wrote mentioning 'an association' with marijuana that actually lead to Zorgon sharing many of the state of the art solar facilities.

"Greetings:
Seems like an eternity since we worked with Jane Fonda on a video entitled: "Sunpower - The Force Is With Us"... if memory serves correctly, Jerry Brown introduced us to Tom Hayden way back when (early '70's SDS days, about a decade before the "Hell No, We Won't Glow/No Diablo Over Me" occupations...THE ORIGINAL OCCUPY... :P, during the time we wuz researching quite heavily while conceptualizing the Trans-High Market Quotations and couching them in a slick publication featuring interviews with such luminaries as the 14th Dalai Lama (our 36th Twitter follower) - High Times Magazine (https://www.youtube.com/user/HIGHTIMESPresents) ...hazy, smoke-filled days of "soulful socialism" (no 'keyboard activism' then) ...and years before CED, SolarCal, Cannabis Nation, Laurel Springs, New Energy Magazine (Bob Cato, Art Director; Isaac Asimov, Senior Editor; Lowell Ponte, Science Editor; John Hills, Photo Editor; Dr. Christopher Hills, Advisor), AlTranEx'92, Marijuana Monthly, Laurel Canyon exploits and the darling of the Stone Ponies coming to dine... but that's another story, for another time."

How did I miss this?
I not only wrote under various pseudonyms, but was the Western Thirteen States publisher/marketing director for the first few years.
A bit of trivia: At the time Sue Richards was publisher of High Society and appeared
au natural for the December 1976 cover (http://www.thelivingmoon.com/gallery/albums/userpics/10005/HIGHSOC197612.jpg) and centerfold, I was running High Times West and having a torrid, if but somewhat long-distance affair with that beauty. The seventies certainly were amazing.
Ahh, to young , free and foolish again... :)
Damn......thank you for sharing!
