How Would You Reform A Nation If Honesty Was Excluded?

Suppose you lived on a planet (or in a country) in which lies were overwhelming effective for mass motivation - but not facts?  What would such a place look like?

If the planet had wars, they would be defended by lies.... 'a war to end all wars' or 'a war to make the world safe for democracy' or 'we had to destroy the village in order to save it' and so on.  The economy would be modulated by a desire for employment that actually gives money to rich people who don't need it.  The political system would avoid direct helpful issues in favor of personalities who are actually serial liars.

Now, suppose there was a need for healthcare and infrastructure and .....well, pretty much everything that wasn't military. How could you reform this.... without manifesting the honesty that would stop it cold, dead in its tracks?   

Quite the paradox, huh?  This is yet another of those 'intelligent design versus random evolution' questions.  Are events just drifting in a certain direction ..... or actually being cleverly guided there, as hidden by mass deception?   I'm not sure - but it takes lies to Get Us To A Better Place.

I cannot envision a healthy society created from the seed of unEthical behavior.  At best it would limp along.  Just like now.  Here.  But of course, most Humans do not choose unEthical behavior - just the psychopaths in control.  Should We wrest control from the psychopaths, by withdrawing consent from the systems that promote Them and sustain Them (top-down controlmind and the legal system) and add free energy so as to make pointless accounting for Human energy ("If You have to account for Your energy to anOther to survive, You are NOT free; You are a slave."), I can see a very healthy socisety founded with the seed of Ethics emerging.

Why do liberal thinkers talk about consent as if it meant anything?  What difference does it make if citizens believe in or approve of the government?  You pay taxes, obey laws and your opinion (or my opinion) means nothing.
How does anyone remove support from the Elite?  If you vote, it makes no difference. If you don't vote, it makes no difference.

It would greatly benefit the US people if their global empire ended.  I do wonder if Trump has that planned in small steps by insulting and attacking enough parasitic allies until they get lost - and then use the savings sanely.
