Unknown Craft Filmed Firing Thrusters In Front Of Moon

One thing I think we can say is that being observed from the Earth's surface shouldn't make them more visible, as they are not that visible even when seen from a short distance.

Judging by the video below, if what we see in the video is a rocket firing then it should be something like the solid rocket boosters from the Space Shuttle, as those created a visible flame (and a lot of smoke), while the main engine doesn't create a yellow flame or any real flame, as it looks like we can only see the light the combustion creates but not something resembling a flame.

True that Armap, sounds like old tech that does.  Maybe it came through from the past. lol.
