I do have my own domain (clickable link in my signature) which I need to work on, but life has been interfering    Nothing really surprises me in this time line...

I am quite sure that, with the tech gap being 40 years+, that there are indeed many things out there that would startle, amaze, and quite possibly scare the piss out of most folks 

I recently had a conversation with a person retiring from a major aircraft manufacturer that has hands on experience with the new "paint" used on current aircraft; he shared some very interesting info about the construction of the outer skin components and the paint itself, but that is for another thread and another day

i used to think i could handle whatever came my way but the aging of the body has made me rethink that...
