Unprecedented UAP Legislation

Unbeknownst to most Americans, President Biden just signed into law far-reaching legislation that could soon confirm the existence of an alien presence on earth. The relevant  provisions, incorporated into legislation needed to provide funding for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC), enjoys strong bipartisan support in both the House and Senate. From what I have seen various bits of disclosure have been happening for years. I am not sure what people think is going to happen after that. A UFO could land and the entire country see it along with Aliens etc. and the next day nothing will change except you'll know they exist. Life will go on just the same as it did beforehand. All the disclosure that HAS happened thus far has not yielded any changes in anything except perhaps military defense strategies.
