It appears that A51 has done it again.   

That's right, alerted us simple folk here in the mountains of Northeast Georgia that there is a mega-concert taking place in our back yard - and the third night of it is tonight!   


Nary a ticket to be had, as the tickets (150,000) sold out in 2 seconds. That's right, two seconds. 

And there was absolutely no advertising.




In the flames of desire, a unique bottle has been created out of the purest crystal.

Molded by century old traditions, carrying the magical concoction to be released into the world.

People of Tomorrowland, we welcome you to our second home...TomorrowWorld.

Ok the wrap- up on the festival:

Day 1


The former heavyweight of trance - Tiesto fell flat, you might as well just had a metronome onstage.

Most of the Dj's this day fell flat, but then, Armin van Buuren stepped up and managed to get his powder dry by the 17 minute mark and we had ignition and liftoff!! 

He provided the hottest set of his career and it was magnificent!



Day 2


Thor and I watched the replay of this day and several Dj's got some fat beats goin, but nothing luminescent like Armin's set.


Day 3


Dunno what happened here, everybody had wet powder this day and not even any fat beats.

The promoters had a good plan though, and scheduled Armin to reappear as the final DJ of the festival this day.

Amazingly, he did not manage to get ignition or attain liftoff in this set.

I think he left it all on the stage the first night and had nothing left.


No matter, the set Thor has linked above was worth it all, he manages to get ignition at the 17 minute mark and we have liftoff! 


His set is legendary and is causing huge waves in the trance industry as we speak.

He is now charting way high at the moment as a result of this festival, and even his recent album cuts are now going through the roof. I posted 2 of these the other day in the music you love thread.

Typical comments are "I came here because of the Tommorowland show."

As of today several friends I tried to share those songs with could not get them to load due to high volume traffic, just over 20 million views as of today.


I also want to say that besides providing great music, Armen provides a great uplifting spirit.

........


And to see that type of spirit so popular  and growing these days gives me a good feeling.
