Concerning, amusing, or both?

I just saw this on Godlike Productions.  Apparently a woman sighted somewhere in America's suburbia, screaming, "UNITED STATES WILL BURN!  TURN TO ALLAH!"

I don't know whether to think of this as disturbing, or hilarious.  I think my other question would be why this woman didn't have a red laser where her left eye would normally be.  As I wrote in the video's comments, "The Muslims are coming for you, Americans.  They will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to their own.  From this time forward, you will service them."
