Hi,
Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I am looking for any links or info on Russian Weather modification projects that may be out in the public domain –

The winter of 2015/16 saw the UK get hit by 9 major Atlantic driven storms (links to names here - http://www.itv.com/news/anglia/2015-10-20/from-abigail-to-wendy-britains-storms-get-names/

It seemed to me, to be more than coincidence that the storms tracks seemed to originate and track almost an identical path from mid-atlantic, with landfall at Southern England, then up the west coast of England/Wales, and terminating after hitting Cumbria and the borders of Scotland.
Cumbria was hit very bad and had a lot of its transport infrastructure destroyed.

It is difficult to identify anything that could have caused the Russians to create the storms but it was soon after Russia annexed Crimea and the G8 started to impose sanctions on Russia –
I remember PM Cameron in particular being very vocal about imposing economic sanctions – especially after the poisoning of Litvenyenko affair some years before.

If you can point me in the right direction on this subject I will move this to the correct thread.

FSE, the search feature on the forum is your friend 

Click the forum tab,then click search; enter your search parameters, such as "russian weather modification" and click search...

but do it from the main forum menu;that way the query will search all threads in all the boards...

just be sure to enter it as "search term"
