Call me cynical, but I'm not so surprised, I am sure no one will hear about it, and nothing will get done.

Meanwhile, does anybody know how to make wire out of lumps of bismuth?

Isnt bismuth too brittle to shape well? :o

As for the courthouses? Im not surprised..they probably have lots of these secrets in place around the country's courthouses..we dont have the most honest gubmint ya know!
