Ok now that I am surrounded by informative people and who think outside the box. I have had this problem for a little under two years. It happened when I lived in maricopa, AZ I would wake up at 3:33 am and have a urge to go out side. I never did but this happened about 3-5 times a week. I would fall asleep as soon as 3:34 or 3:45 would hit. I would have the most horrible nightmares like getting torn apart. The most that i would have was being stabbed in the chest with a knife. Not sure what it means but i have not been able to find anyone who had this problem. Was hoping if someoone knew or had same experience. It had stopped when I had moved out of maricopa pretty  much. Funny thing is most of the sightings I have seen have been out there. Was hoping if anyone had info, not sure what to think.

for me
this all comes under the heading of believe it or don't woo-woo stuff...
but at the same time all things are worth a look see for usefulness
and while i apologize for not remembering the source
i read somehwere about waking at 3 instead of waking at 4
and while i may have reformed the idea to suit me
i think the gist was that
waking at 3 was you were kinda stuck in the 3rd dimension awareness process
while waking at 4 put you into the 4th dimension awareness process
at least on some level before consciousness

so playing at the rest from what you have said
the stabbing was trying to get you from 3 to 4..endings~beginnings scenario
and the sightings - an attempt to do basically the same
change your mind - outlook- programming, etc.
expand you to considerate what else could be

my basic surmise is that anything that grabs your attention is to help move you from your comfort zone to exploring who and what you are.
some pay attention and some don't
so
like my  friend says

it's all good

hope that was  a bit helpful
;D
