After reading this, I'm trying hard not to retch.  I don't know who Obama's speechwriter is, but this material is probably about the most blatant, emotionally manipulative propaganda that I think I've ever come across.

Obama really is a pathological liar.  Guantanamo wasn't closed, Afghanistan at least is still going, although I heard about the "end of major combat operations," lies where Iraq is concerned.  Yet here he is, crowing with his fake, triumphalistic "Yes We Can," once again.

This is what you're going to get, Americans.  Another four years of lies.  Another four years of weekly drone strikes, from a man who authorises death and tyranny on a constant basis, while making these sorts of self-congratulatory tirades in order to delude the most naive members of the population into believing that somehow, despite everything that happens, Obama isn't a murdering, warmongering psychopath of the first order.

Before you insult both your own intelligence and mine with the reflexive, rhetorical question about whether Romney would have been better, please try and comprehend, if you possibly can, that your democratic system no longer functions.  The Presidential candidate for either party is owned by the same people, and makes the same decisions.

Nothing different would have happened if Romney had won at all; and this is the real problem, more than anything else.  It's the fact that you insist on deluding yourselves that the Republic is still functional at this point.  As long as you continue to insist on believing that that is the case, no matter how painfully obvious the truth may be to the contrary, things are only going to continue to get worse.

Do you really want more corporate bailouts, more weekly drone strikes, and more police brutality towards protestors?  Obama relies on American white supremacist racism where the drone strikes are concerned, as well.  As long as it isn't white Americans who aren't being targetted domestically, then Obama can murder whoever he likes, and most of you won't bat an eyelid.

America's degeneracy, in and of itself, is not the country's biggest problem.  The really intractable problem is the denial.

That's the sad thing about it, regardless of who is chosen the decisions are always in the same direction.
