Mermaid Body Found in Bulgaria Near Black Sea

Gotta love those 'archaeologists'  :P If ya can't find something, just make it up because people will BELIEVE  This one went viral. Who cares about 'truth' when you have a good story :D

QuoteWho would have known that these last couple of months everyone would be talking about mermaids. We first covered mermaids when the Animal Planet released their special, "Mermaids The Body Found." We covered the story here at our article title, "Animal Planet Mermaids Show Bodies Found That Create Nightmares [pictures & videos]."

The Animal Planet wasn't the last of the mermaid bodies being found as a new one has surfaced. A man calling himself Professor Dimitrov has released pictures of a skeleton of a woman that is quite apparently a mermaid. The skeleton is very tall and has a fish tail like appearance starting at the hips and goes all the way down into a bony fin.

Some of the websites we found out about this from had to be translated from Bulgarian so it's not perfect English. This excerpt is from Society.actualno.com and reads, "Ancient skeleton of a mermaid before the Flood 8 millenniums ago was found near Sozopol Beach by Professor Dimitrov. This "news" blew prostarnstvoto Internet. Zevzecite comment that vampires after Dimitrov's time to start dealing with mermaids , writes Novinar."

The 'truth'?  Artwork by Worth1000 with a fat wanna be archaeologist pasted in :P

Ah well... fun while it lasted :D

LOL 'Z' !!! ::)

This is the type of crap that get these skeptics all warm and fuzzy with their rhetorical banter and hogwash, it just helps put a tighter seal on the seriousness that crypto-zoology and understanding what our world may have been or currently is for truth in understanding. IMHO.  :-X

There was a really good incident that was discussed a while back about "The Narrows Creek Incident" this was involving an experienced MUFON member and ex-military / law enforcement back round, his name was Ken Stroch, may have heard of him before.

As we were discussing the topic with in the live broadcast via chat room, there were some very rude and obnoxious remarks not even giving the witnesses the credit for telling their tale. Which, was quite amazing, both for what all took place and for where and how it had taken place.

I know we will always have skeptics, but having these people creating such images as shown here with the Mermaid you have brought to our attention, well, I guess the Hoaxer's are more annoying than the Skeptic's at this point nay more. >:(

A real sceptic doesn't get all warm and fuzzy when he/she sees something like this. :)

The sceptics are only annoying for those that accept everything without questioning it, as long as it makes them look on the "right side", as if there was such a thing.

Everyone should be sceptic of what they are shown/told. Look at the photo from the opening post: at least, it looks like a composite with the skeleton and the man, as the man is in the wrong perspective for the photo and looks fuzzier than the rest of the photo.

Someone that believes in the possibility of mermaids being real should look at any photo like this one from a sceptic point of view instead of just accepting it because it may be prove that he/she is right.

I am Skeptic, but healthily, not narcisitically. 8)

I was ArMap, I contacted NOAA over the release of the "Mermaids: The Body Found" episode, talked to their Public affairs officer too see what this was all about, did my home work, talked to people that were in the know, you can find my thread I had produced over this, and once again, I am judged. :P

Was here, Cryptozoology - Bigfoot, Monsters and other Critters, but can't find anything of my thread, may have been thrown by 'Z' his now the prominent 'Mermaid' thread, oh well, Soma and a few others here I am sure remember my reporting of the investigation I had done. Hell, I even have the NOAA phone number to their desk if you would like it. :D

And it's 'S-K-eptic' not 'S-C-eptic' LOL ;) "nothing wrong with being a good speller" ;)

If they do then they are being partial, and they should not.

That's in American English, I always try to use the European (original) English.

yep, that's it Armap...I am getting old, I forgot where I put it...Ha ha ha ha...:P

And yes, I use healthy skepticism with everything I do, been buffaloed too many times with BS, as you can probably agree, it is kind of embarrassing and really no 'FUN' being humbled, not all the time anyway.

As far as the article when I had posted it, I had interest with the Mermaid thing, but when they released information on the show about sonic discharge weapons for radar interference, that got my attention even more. Turns out they were (NOAA) on board these ships during testing to observe the Oceanic impact on the creatures of the Sea. And it seems as if it did have disastrous results, look at all the beaching s that took place when they were running these tests, sad really. At least the PR guy told me the truth about them being used, I guess. ::)

Search feature on PRC Forum....

To search the entire forum you need to be on the main menu page to do a search.... and use only a few keywords  (in this case 1Worldwatcher and Mermaid would be enough)

If you are in any other section the search will only search DOWN, in other words just in THAT section or that thread depending on where you are

So if looking for something ALWAYS go to the forum menu to start a seaerch.

Its a nuicense but untill I can find a way to do a search other that that  we are stuck  :o
