This is a call to NASA.  Quite interesting the glib use of "chemtrail..."
"If the universe is made of mostly Dark Energy...can We use it to run Our cars?"

Very good link.  Admits that they are doing it.  For upper atmosphere wind experiments.

Lithium being mainly used.

Thank You!  Yeah, They call them chemtrails.  In fact, I am led to believe They COINED the term "chemtrail..."

But of course, there are no such things as "chemtrails."  Heh.
