In regards to it being speculation, It is... But it's the only answer I could come up with also.

Large land mass, size of Europe, surrounded by water, mountain with three crosses. Only other thing maybe Antarctica - however, from other sources (Peter Beter) the coming Thermo Nuclear war will ravage most of the Northern hemisphere, and the only safe haven will be in Australia - hence the DUMBS.
