The following video takes us step by step through the issues from the beginning of the Fukushima problem.  The video uses reenactments and simulations along with interviews from those actually on site.  This is probably the last time you will hear the truth from NHK news.  The man reporting for them on Fukushima was censored so heavy that he quit.  He was replaced by someone who will toe the Japanese government line.  This video gives us a good look at the sequence of events along with the issues encountered.
