Inerteresting how it made speckles, and stripes
rather than a different shade.

I dont know if that is the norm?

I was reading how some vegetables will cross
pollinate, llike cucumbers. Lemon  cukes will cross with
Marketmore, etc.

I guess some of this could be a nice surpirse too,
one never knows what one will end up with!

One year I had two squash cross pollinate,
I think I still have pics of it somewhere,
the shape and color were a mix of two different,
the taste was the same.

Bts, sky, don't plant watermelons and cucumbers close to together, or cantaloupes;

water cumbers and cue-melons are not tasty, and neither are cuca-loupes...
