What's up with the antagonistic attitude?
As we recall, as a Volunteer Fireman (51 years service)
we were First Responders to a crippling ice storm at the time...
and didn't know there was a time limit on the viewing that we paid post
haste for - 8 parcels of the 10 needed - and still awaiting those Certificates, friend.   
You were speaking of promises, right? Check with Graphics, Fulfillment and Shipping.
