Hello All,

I am a new member here and this seems like a strange time and place to post such a thing without any introductions or background however, to keep short, I discovered this site by research/fascination with Bob Lazar and John Lear.  I just turned 29 and shortly after my birthday, as my Aunt and I were discussing summer days of long ago listening to Art Bell and watching X-Files with great enjoyment, she asked if I remembered the tape that our cousin found in a phone booth in 1993.  I didn't remember this and she quickly ran and got the cassette.  She explained that our cousin was at a pay phone in southern New Jersey and found this cassette taped to the back of the phone box.  How accurate this is I can only speculate, however, the audio is certainly interesting if anything.  This is apparently a taped conversation between two men, one of which claims to be a dimensional shifter.  At one point in the tape you can hear the soft mumble of the person on the other end however you can mostly hear just the one.  I digitized it and cleaned up some of the noise in the background with Goldwave and posted it rather crudely on Youtube.

The content is on so many different levels, much of it sounds like the ramblings of a crazy man, much of it also sounds pretty convincing.  There are two songs at the end of the tape that I cannot identify at all.  Neither by search of lyrics or by an app like Shazam or Siri can I trace these songs.  This seemed like a good place to get some really good opinions of what this tape is about and if anyone can identify these songs.

Thanks to anyone who is willing to sit through and listen to this tape, I would love to hear what you think.

Sounds like someone that thinks they are God only more like "Q" from Star-Trek. Also sounds like he is struggling to use profanity properly in his many rants to the poor recipient of that call. At the end it almost sounded like a husband and wife domestic dispute. :P

Hi Jim
I don't know if you are on the level or not..so i am going with no thoughts of you just on what you have shared

I will only say what I think about your  "recordings"

first, I only listened to the last part of the 2nd tape because I wanted to hear the songs first
but I heard enough to say this

it sounds remarkably like the putdown vulgar tirades some guys did back in the early 70's
some names than may strike a cord:  Andrew dice clay, lenny bruce....
it also sounded very stienfield-ie in an off putting way.. so I chalk that up to the new jersey accent of the speaker..

i can't find the guy who used to use the phone conversation routine but there were several who tired it

so what i think you have is someone's audition tape (?) or a copy of a routine
the songs  also sound very late 60's early 70's....

but there are also a few anachronism's  the glaring one for me was when he mentioned he had a phone app.. since the tape was found in 1993...

so either you have someone's very bad routine or you are trying to see how many here will buy it as some kind of  relevant info

not trying to throw shade on you.. but not buying into anything but that  the tapes are a joke
of some sort

hugs

I think Kaehill must know that.  ::)

I can definitely appreciate your skepticism, everyone in our family has pretty much said they think it's just a crazy performance stunt or some kind of audition tape as was suggested, not to mention the vulgarity of the guy is pretty intense.  After listening to the whole thing many times, when he's not berating the other guy, some of the topics he talks about and the people he references are interesting.  I made a text file of the people he mentions and locations and main topics he talks about but I cant seem to find anything.

Just to clarify, I have the original tape in my possession which was found in 1993.  My Aunt just showed it to me this past summer and that's when I started really digging into it.  I took it and connected a cassette player to my computer and recorded and saved it.  That is when I tried to check the songs with the app.

I don't know what to think to be honest, it's just very strange.

So this must be to promote the band as it seems to be the same music.
