Flourless Pancakes

I need to try those.  Is there any leavening ingredient?

After my starting a "plant food only" eating plan this year, I had a thought for a non-enriched-flour flour. And that thought was, to try processing "steel-cut" oats in a blender to get "flour". I tried it, and it works easily. Then I went online with the subject, and found that other people do this, with both regular and steel cut oats.

I haven't made any pancakes with this type of "flour", but I bet it will work, done right!!
