Speaking of Ozone...

How could we repair holes in the ozone layer?

Doesn't Nikola Tesla's plasma sphere create ozone? 

Can't we contain ozone and realease it into the appropriate area's using a high altitude research vessel? Couldn't we design a high altitude research vessel specifically designed to create and distribute  ozone?

Couldn't we design a High altitude research vessel that also has a filtration system on it that removes or contains  the harmful gasses?

Good question Dave.

Ozone is always present where ionised air occurs and plasma is used to produce ozone so yes.

Cold plasma will produce far greater quantities of ozone in a given space of time compared to ultraviolet production. However, that is not to say that the ultraviolet method is not a useful method of producing ozone. When you want a smaller, steady trickle of ozone, then UV might be the better choice.
