People in a position of power over anyone or anything have a special obligation and responsibility to be sure and not miss us that power. That means any no matter how large or small.
The power of a Parent over a Child, the power of Humans over Animals, the power of a Teacher over a Student. Anyone with a position of authority must not use that authority to appease their own anger or out of retribution or if they can't stop doing this they should give up their position over whatever, whomever is under their authority.
