My coworker is former AF and said they are like that when nukes are around.

Hillary wants nuclear war  She has said so repeately in MANY speeches you can hear yourself on youtube in her own words. She wants to go to war with Russia, blames the Russians for everything wrong in her camp and has said "the nuclear option is definitely on the table"  Just LISTEN to her own words

Putin on the other hand says he has no intention of going to war with anyone and basically laughs at her, though he does support Trump as a vote for PEACE

Now the third party in Russia is a little more outspoken While he supports Putin, he still sends a warning  Most likelt saber rattling and Putin is trying to distance himself from this  BUT the Russian fleet IS prepped... so..
