Both him and Bill Hicks conveyed the truth in a palatable fashion.

I started reading this and got to, "...George Carlin was by far the most incisive comedian ever to take the stage," and was about to disagree - until I read the line below.  [grin]  Bill Hicks should be declared a saint!  George, too, for that matter.  They both called it like it is.
