Hi,
There were 2 sections with movement. Frame 7.337 to 7.568, 8 frames. The Gray matter.
Second section, the white object. frames 9.037 to 9.136, 4 frames

In both sections I processed them as far as I could and came up empty. Both tems are so blurred I can not get a photo. Just a blurred Deuem of nothing important. If there was a signal there it should have shown through. Got nothing. Sorry!  I did try everything I could. The overal pixels to start with are very low so the pixels are few to work with. You would need a much higher resolution to catch this. The gray matter I have no idea but the white one I would say is a bug. The gray matter is on screen for at least 8 frames so it is either really close and out of focus or far away and out of focus. I cant tell if it was below the roof line before it comes in the clear. maybe you could try with your original. Just say if it was a dust blob just an inch away it would do this. If it is a craft then it is very large and very far away. Out of your focus range.

Sorry , keep trying.

I guess we'll never know what it may have been.
My thanks goes out to all who tried to figure it out

It certainly is an interesting one...

But I don't have the expertise myself, to discover what has been captured.

Just wish I could help.

Hopefully others can come up with something.
