if you think it's bad.. it's really bad

or
if you think YOU need to make a difference..then it's not so bad

your life and what you make of it is entirely in your own hands
and
if you don't know that

lots of luck..you will never be happy

no one is coming to safe us and all the bitchin and moanin will only make you more miserable

get out there and do some some acts of kindness without wanting recognition
you will be surprised at the power it gives you
and the adjustment to your outlook
can only get better..
