Hi thor, I went out to the link, wow, your getting a lot of reads from here. As you all might know they do track everything I do on the net. So maybe we have gotten to a few. I do know that none of these are me or friends from here, as you can see I showed up at the same time as did the others. Interesting, they are finding you. They are not happy with Japan here at the moment. Island and radiation and more. Not a good time for Japan.

The real problem is balance. If you have it by law, you will be alright. Many countries do trade on the balance idea and are doing fine. Your bosses want all the money in the world to belong to them no matter what the cost is. By the time the Fan is really hit it will be too late. I like world trade. It brings people together. I do not like any country getting taken for. Stop that stupid stock market. Everyone is looking to maximise money instead of using it for the people. Greed is the killer here. I suggest to ask for new laws to make trade fair and bring back some of that work that matrix posted.

On the commercial land. It is now more expensive here than in the states. Years ago it was leased for 0.05 cents a square foot. That 5 cents paid for a 50 year lease in full. It is now over 10 dollars.
