This is fascinating medical systems technology, but it is technology that is already in the beginning stages of use.  This is mostly an interview with a heart specialist, and how he is using phone apps in his practice.

The bottom line of this technology is.............it will make a huge change in the patient/Doctor relationships, and will change much of the way patients receive treatment.

Remote diagnostics have come a long way since NASA's early stuff.
I bet troops like the Seal teams already use this.
Just think, some guy in the Pentagon knows you're dead before you do
Funny, when i first saw the title 'Wireless Medicine' i thought it was a thread about this Tesla-like guy who cured cancer with radio waves in the 50's.......Whatever happened to that idea

Well, with the smart phone progress to date, the "cure Cancer" app may not be very far away!!

Actually we will likely be continually amazed at what we do see happening with yet unthought-of app features, into the near future.

What I need is a powerful circuit design app, where i can select chips & components from a menu, connect them, & do a virtual diagnostic.....
I daresay it exists, but it won't be free
