New UFO 2013 from England



Looks to me like something tumbling in the wind, a shiny side that flashes in sunlight.

Thought?

I did think it was a para glider with a very reflective canopy but its far to big.
Also the thing seems to be spinning or twisting to show it side on and it looks to have
a fin like thing attached that's long and thin.

Really stumped on this one. not seen any other footage of the same thing closer
and that's a shame.Maybe some will surface? i will keep looking for some.
