coolant system of the pools in reactors 1, 3, 4 lost power

According to Kyodo, power blackout took place in Fukushima plant.

The coolant system of the spent fuel pools in reactor1, 3, 4 are stopped.

Details are not announced yet.

According to the meteorological agency of Switzerland,
the emission from Fukushima would reach Tokyo
area by wind after 15:00 of 3/19/2013.


Tepco is receiving power from Tohoku-Electric Power Co,
but they are having some problems
with sending it to the coolant system of SFPs.
