Thanks for yet another brilliant post, Zogon!

I read a lot of Hoagland's work on doctored pics from NAZA, so i will give him credit for that, no matter what people say about him.
I haven't had a lot of time to read John's pages, but what i did read i tend to agree with. Good work, both of you.

Of course that's a satellite dish, and it isn't for the Sky Sports channel....

Are " dust storms" common on the moon? For some reason I haven't associated them there. And is it because the dust is picked up by strong atmospheric winds (?) or is there some sort of " lofting" going on here.

when I first met John looking at those Copernicus Crater images it took me a couple of weeks to wrap my head around the SCALE

Once I did that, it was easy. There was also a mod at ATS that saw 'only blurry rocks'. While it is possible to train someone, it is difficult. But those that can spot the small details can get a military job analyzing recon photos ( I actually was offered that but never followed up on it)

One day this mod spotted one of the items I had highlighted in the original photo on his own... from that day forward he had the scale and found many more.

I suppose I will have to do that Copernicus thread again... only this time I will start with the good finds

Shouldn't the dark areas of the domes be on the opposite side? As they are they are on the same side as the shadows, meaning that they are craters and not domes.

Or am I missing something?

I really haven't commented too much on this thread, cause all the pictures are downloads from websites and clips and pieces of someone else's download. Rarely are they hi-res originals. I would like the actual file name to download myself to examine. It's real easy to see 'stuff' that you think is there when you can't zoom in and identify anything.

Like i said, You cant quite trust the NASA high res  Satellite images. That's why i didn't use any. Some of the older ones are good though.

Yeah it does create a problem with wanting to zoom in. But most of the time its the low res images that have the best stuff in them
The lick observatory images aren't hi def, but they show the some nice stuff,

Maybe we can contact the owners of the images to see if they have any hi res originals

Maybe Zorgon can ask those  satellite guys to image this area next. They would probably remove everthing though. Endymion will be one of those places that's automatically cleansed.

Most official Hi def images of Endymion have been heavily sanitised or Everthings been moved and hidden for when the satellite passes over.  Just like most of the really interesting places.

Which reminds me. Maybe Zorgon can start a thread about the appearing/disappearing/changing Craters that astronomers used to see, and draw and write about. One day there would be nothing, Then roads, then building and more over time. Sometimes craters would just appear or disappear. Think i watched a David Childress video about that.

I'll be the first to say 'I see something'..as my videos will attest. But you can't really do serious work finding things with the website clipart that most people claim they see something in...There are no straight lines for instance that make up a 'squared' crater as in Endymion. The angle that  you're looking at with the edges of the crater make it appear as if its a rectangle.. It's just not there...IMO..

I've modeled some arches near Endymion from the Lick photos...so I know  there's something or was something up there. But I believe the things you see in these photos posted are just 'Obstacle Illusions''..lol..

But I just haven't had the time lately to do it justice..maybe with this renewed interest in 'Farside Buildings'...I'll try and give it a go...

You really cant see the pentagon shape? Look at any image of endymion. Its right there.

The tower that johns image shows is all blacked out. Its clear as day in that image i posted. Not an optical illusion.

So john and zorgons images are good but mine arnt? If they had posted them everyone would be liek "oh wow". 

I cant be the only one that can see stuff in that image.

Wow Dude don't take it personally, I think theirs are as good as yours..??..lolol...just my opinion...and no there's no squared crater...if you take an ellipse and rotate it back it will look just like the one pictured...I've done it a thousand times...

What i ment was that when Zorgon stole my thunder and posted the Living moon stuff (Thx for the views  ) People started comenting on that stuff..

Anyhoo Its all coo. I just wanted to show what i could see. But it can get a little anoying when no one else sees it aha. Makes me not want to post other images i have lol.

As for the pentagon shape. Even in the images you posted, which offer a birds eye view, show the pentagon shape. Most of the fake craters have this shape.

Hope im not getting anoying.
