WATCH: Did This Expert Just Figure Out How to Talk to Dolphins?

What if you could spend your summers swimming with dolphins in turquoise seas? Behavioral biologist Denise Herzing does just that. In this beautiful video, meet some of the dolphins she's befriended along the way. Watch a mother dolphin play with her infant, and learn what such magical moments can teach us about how dolphins communicate -- and how we might join the conversation.

Ideas are not set in stone. When exposed to thoughtful people, they morph and adapt into their most potent form. TEDWeekends will highlight some of today's most intriguing ideas and allow them to develop in real time through your voice! Tweet #TEDWeekends to share your perspective or email tedweekends@huf?ngtonpost.com to learn about future weekend's ideas to contribute as a writer.

One thing for certain that i am not posting this link as pure proof.  No-one know's that yet in regard's to those playful dolphins.

All the same... it's also more silly to not entertain the idea ;)

QuoteTeam leader, Jack Kassewitz of SpeakDolphin.com, 'spoke' to dolphins with the dolphin's own sound picture words. Dolphins in two separate research centers understood the words, presenting convincing evidence that dolphins employ a universal "sono-pictorial" language of communication.

I never thought we were smart enough to hear what they are saying. I think they are smart enough to hear us and work out what to do or squeak so we think we understand them. Like using sign to talk to them. they can't sign back so they react back. It is a case of who is smarter.

Living in their world does have a lot of advantages, No bills to pay, go where you want and play all day. Lots of free fish to eat. And until we humans screwed it up for them it must have been a great life. They must hate us. We are their invading Aliens. Think about it. Every thing we say about aliens, we do to them. So who are the Aliens on this planet and who belongs here. I wish all the Dolphins luck. And stay out of Japans waters. They are the Aliens who eat you.

Thanks for all the fish!

Talk with a dolphin via Underwater Translation Machine

QuoteA DIVER carrying a computer that tries to recognise dolphin sounds and generate responses in real time will soon attempt to communicate with wild dolphins off the coast of Florida. If the bid is successful, it will be a big step towards two-way communication between humans and dolphins.
