I can fully understand WHY many only lurk, what I haven't been able to understand is why anyone would hide a forum? Then again I have been involved with a few think tanks and of course you would want to keep things under wraps till it was patented.  Then there are those that will only post in OPEN sections of forums so as to keep the info flowing.

I try to balance the two.if i  think its money worthy then it goes to ig.if its to protect the members lives or their money then i post it in general discussion.if ig had more real active members then i would basically spend all my pegasus time in i.g.
In alot of ways ig is basically a business that the ig members manage.
Herding turtles is what it feels like on the inside of ig..but it looks good on a resume.lol
