As you likely know, at speed, there is no stopping on ice! So.............Why?

Ignorance to be out in these weather/road conditions, unless it is an emergency!

On ice, a vehicle at speed becomes a "weapon of mass destruction", particularly with inexperienced hands on the wheel! A person driving on ice is little different than an inebriated driver just driving- - both are similarly subject to a collision!!...........except the drunk can be put into jail for his collisions, and the ice driver gets to blame the ice for his collisions - blaming the ics for collisions is somewhat like blaming guns for shootings!!!
