UFO sightings: Close encounters

Disc-Shaped UFO Spotted In Clear Skies

A 23-year-old male apparently took this footage while taking his dog for a walk near Ramstein Air Base in Germany. What's your thoughts? Was editing involved or perhaps it was a man-made UFO?

There are two suspicious (to me) things in that video:
1 - there's always something near the UFO (it makes it easier to join a computer generated UFO to the scene);
2 - the UFO gets smaller too fast for the direction it is following.
