Dramatic fire escape for worker on fourth floor.

One scary situation to be in and this guys actions was brave...with some luck...as he lowers himself of a balcony to swing onto one below and just manages to land ok and hold his balance... if he would have fell back, it would have been disaster...

Soon after a large part of the building collapses...lucky for him not directly above him...
