As I side note, is one of the prerequisites to report on phenomenon, funky hair?

I have heard it was shot down, lightning, testing of advance radar and a host of others.  I'll ask Dr. Joe, he might know.

Just talked to Denice Marcel and she said she heard lightning or radar but who knows for sure.

Ok here's the poop as I got it. 'It is believed that two craft were traveling at light speed, jumping through dimensions, and one caught debris in the Van Allen belt, causing it to become unmanverable and crashed'.
