Looking at your analysis I will say space debris.

Moves to slow for a meteor and until I saw your slow mo I didn't see the ball fizzle out

Look at this space debris from Denver  at :24 it looks like the one in your video until the zoom in with their HD camera   Same slow speed, same balls falling off

Ignore the idiots from Fox news  One wonders how these idgits can get a pay check
