This strange statue of god Garuda in India present
some similarities with PumaPunku .

Interesting, thanks for posting.

While watching the video I was thinking what C.A.T. said in his/her comment, that the part that looks like those from Puma Punku shows signs of being older, with some of tool marks over them.

Also interesting is the fact that it appears to be the only object made from that type of rock.

Yes that was my first impression too  The rock is different and the etching looks like it was done at a later period
