No music... just a security camera capture. Thoughts?

Wow, talk about some low altitude cruising.  The video quality is not good so   it could be manipulated.  It does look like something electrical like ball lightning.

Plasma phenomena of some kind is my thought 

But it is 'flying' and it is unidentified So a true UFO

there appears to be another light following it above too , although it not visable in the later parts of the video

since you ask..

with the distance of the light to the camera it looks very much like car headlight driving thur a
neighbood and at one place towads the end  where it turns  up(left-ish) it looks like a turn signal was used..
I think before jumping to the conclusion of a ufo you have to eliminate the plausible

so there are my thoughts...

there are far too many truly unexplained things  without stretching  for them  imo

would you allow me to turn your attention to the hedges on the ground in the gardens.. they will indicate where the light is situated, what startles me further is the speed of flickering and apparent intensity of this illumination.. I would hazard that this is not merely a flickering flame or led lighting

at third viewing , the final tipping point for me would be the roof of that one house you will eventually see, rapid flickering from the above light can be seen on it. I suppose its possible that its a souped up Drone.

but certainly something in scene , cgi would seem like far to much work in my eyes

I don't know that area so it is only an opinion
BUT
if you have ever seen security footage from a high up camera of a neighborhood with uneven topography.. that is what cars look like
